By enrolling in the Pete Isaia Mastery Membership (“Membership”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.
1. Membership Overview
The Pete Isaia Mastery Membership is an ongoing subscription-based offering providing access to educational content, community spaces, live or recorded sessions, and other resources as outlined on the website at the time of purchase.
The Membership is intended for personal development and educational purposes only.
2. Pricing & Billing
Monthly Membership
• $65 AUD per month
• Billed monthly in advance on a recurring basis
6-Month Membership (1 Month Free)
•Charged as a single upfront payment equivalent to 5 months
•Provides 6 months of access
•This option is non-refundable once commenced
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
3. Subscription Renewal
• Monthly memberships automatically renew each month unless cancelled prior to the next billing date.
•6-month memberships do not auto-renew. You will be invited to renew at the end of the term.
You are responsible for ensuring your payment details remain up to date.
4. Cancellation Policy
Monthly Membership
•You may cancel at any time via your account settings.
•Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
•No partial refunds are provided for unused time.
6-Month Membership
•Cannot be cancelled or refunded once the term has begun.
•Early termination does not entitle you to any refund or credit.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the Membership and immediate access to content:
•No refunds are offered for change of mind.
•No refunds for unused time, missed sessions, or lack of participation.
•Refunds are only provided where required under Australian Consumer Law.
6. Access & Availability
•Access to content and community is granted for the duration of your active subscription.
•Content, formats, session schedules, and features may evolve over time.
•Pete Isaia reserves the right to update, modify, or remove content as the Membership develops.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance or platform updates.
7. Community Conduct
By participating in the Membership community, you agree to:
•Engage respectfully with other members and facilitators
•Not harass, abuse, or discriminate against others
•Not promote unrelated services, products, or solicit members
Pete Isaia reserves the right to remove any member, without refund, who breaches community standards or acts in a way that disrupts the integrity of the space.
8. Intellectual Property
All content within the Membership—including videos, audio, written materials, and frameworks—is the intellectual property of Pete Isaia.
You may not:
•Share, reproduce, distribute, or resell Membership content
•Record live sessions without permission
•Provide login access to others
Access is granted for personal use only.
9. No Guarantees or Medical Claims
The Membership does not constitute therapy, counselling, medical advice, or mental health treatment.
Pete Isaia makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results. Individual experiences vary based on personal circumstances, commitment, and participation.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
•Pete Isaia is not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from participation in the Membership.
•You participate at your own discretion and responsibility.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
11. Termination
Pete Isaia reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if:
•These Terms are breached
•Payment fails or is reversed
•Conduct is deemed inappropriate or harmful to the community
Termination does not entitle you to a refund.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
