Pete Isaia is a master coach specialising in relationships, trauma, and patterns of self-sabotage.
With over three decades spent working as a registered nurse in emergency wards, prisons, and high-profile rehabilitation centres, Pete developed a unique ability to facilitate breakthroughs at the most acute points of crisis.
Today, Pete has coached thousands of individuals and couples to identify and dismantle the unconscious patterns that undermine intimacy, integrity, and performance. Break Through is a structured, small-group intensive program designed to help you identify and interrupt the internal patterns shaping your relationships, decisions, and behaviour. It combines education, reflection, and live group coaching within a defined container.
This is not a passive course. It requires honest engagement and personal responsibility.
No. Break Through is an educational and coaching-based program. It is not psychotherapy, counselling, or medical treatment, and it is not a substitute for professional mental health care.
Pete Isaia is not acting in the role of a mental health professional.
You should not participate if you:
- Are currently experiencing acute mental or emotional distress
- Have a personal or family history of serious mental illness that may impair safe participation
- Have experienced suicidal ideation, self-harm, or harm toward others within the last 12 months
- Are currently taking medication for mood or psychotic disorders
- Are currently in therapy and your therapist advises against participation
Break Through is designed for people who are emotionally resourced, psychologically stable, and capable of managing challenging internal experiences. The process can be confronting and may surface uncomfortable thoughts or emotions.
These guidelines exist to protect both participants and the integrity of the group.
Your experience will be unique and cannot be predicted.
Some participants may experience emotional discomfort, confusion, frustration, or grief at times. Some participants may also experience relief, inspiration, excitement and a newfound sense of empowerment and agency. While many find the program clarifying and transformative, it is not designed to be comfortable or soothing at all times.
You are fully responsible for your own wellbeing before, during, and after the program.
By enrolling, you acknowledge that you are choosing to participate voluntarily, understand your own capacity and limits, and will seek external support if needed. If you experience distress during the program, you agree to inform the course leader.
Live group calls are held weekly on Wednesdays from 7:00–9:00pm AEDT via Zoom.
These calls are a core component of Break Through. Each session explores the current theme and how it shows up in real life. This is your opportunity for direct personal coaching and guidance. You will also benefit from witnessing others’ processes.
All calls are recorded and made available for replay.
Yes, you are required to actively participate. Break Through works best when participants are willing to engage honestly and authentically. This includes having your camera on for the duration of the calls.
All live calls are recorded and shared. If you have a question you would like Pete to answer, you can send it in advance and he will address it on the call. You are responsible for staying up to date with the material if you miss a session.
This is not recommended.
Completing the program alongside a partner can lead to projection or using the material to analyse the other person rather than taking responsibility for oneself. Most people achieve better outcomes by participating independently. For couples who want to work together, Private Mentorship is recommended.

Selecting a payment plan is a commitment to the full program.
All course payments are non-refundable, including if you choose to discontinue participation or decide the program is not suitable after it has commenced.
Your registration applies to the specific intake and dates selected at enrolment. If you are unable to attend, you may request a transfer, provided the program tuition has been paid in full and the request is made at least 14 days prior to the start date.
Transfers are subject to availability and may be:
- To another Break Through intake beginning within six months of your original start date, or
- To another person who meets all eligibility requirements, requested via the Isaia Coaching website
If you cancel and do not request a transfer, you may re-register for the same course within one year, subject to availability. All payments remain non-refundable.
